    Need chief architect CAD service in NE CT, SW MA area. Multiple smaller jobs. My CAD designer is sick. If also available for field measurements As Built drawings a plus. Mostly residential renovations additions and custom homes.     My web site aspelinarchitects.com see cad images. My current CAD designer has full time job and cannot handle new work load. I do residential renovations, additions (all types), custom homes, medical offices, light commercial, apartments new and retrofit, graphics, awnings, interior and exterior rendering with shade and shadow, furniture etc. I will create As Built plan and details, sketch design plans and elevations (hard line pencil 1/8" drawings) Convert pencil design to CAD, on line video conference with client for design approval (I use Go To Meeting) then contract documents. I need to see samples of your work and fee structure.
