    Trying to email a model, but it is larger than 25mb. I usually delete some dimensions and furnishing, but it is not working this time. Are there any tricks that will reduce file size without cutting important features? Thanks, Carl

    My X1 Program DVD developed a scratch and will not read. Need a replacement but Chief Architect no longer has these as X1 is about 12 years from being current. Anyone with copy could make another copy. I have the old dongle and CD codes, but need to DVD. Please indicate if you can help. We will be happy to pay for the time required to send out a copy.
