    Here is the plan with the imported elevation data.  It seems  like the DWG has (2) identical surveys of the same lot.   You can move the terrain perimeter to either the one on the right or left of the plan.   If the DWG Elevation Data is correct it seems like a very complex lot !

    You need to change the "Floor Structure" Material to Concrete - Not the Fir Framing it is currently set to.
