    Ha! Solved it myself. Edit / Preferences / Reset Options / click the Reset Toolbar button several times and eventually they came back.

    My toolbar also disappeared. View / Toolbars does not bring it back. Neither does Tools / Toolbars / Customised / Reset/ Any other suggestions, anybody? Sari
