I have a client that did their own conceptual design using Chief, and the file is a mess although the design is not bad. What I'm looking for is someone to clean up the file so it can be used to generate clean elevations, and floor plans. My main focus is contruction docs and 3d is not really needed for this one, although I have another one coming up that I might hire out that needs 3d. If you are available and proficient in complex designs, and creating CD's please get back to me asap. I will need to see some CD's from your previous work (I've been let down by quite a few craigslist drafters so sorry for the lack of trust).
