Anybody interested in modeling custom residential homes?

I'm a residential designer looking for some part time help modeling homes for me. Typically I measure the home and put the floor plans together. I have lots of pictures and everything gets loaded to Drop Box. The not so good part is, when I put the plans together I make sausage out of the model. So, I'd like to pass this work onto someone who is skilled at modeling the buildings as well as interiors. 

 

The models can get tricky. Lots of architectural molding, flared walls and roofs, brackets, custom railings and so on. So unless you really know what your're doing, better think twice. On the other hand, if you are modeling rock-star, you'll love the opportunity to stretch out a bit. 

 

My schedules are flexible. Great part time job for someone who has a little time each week to make a few extra bucks.
