ChrisxCross Posted April 25, 2016 Share Posted April 25, 2016 I am in the beginning of rebuilding a design-build remodeling business after loosing much in the real estate market crash. I use Chief Architect as a design tool with the customer and love it, but do not have enough time or experienced to complete plans for city review. Ideally I would like someone in the area that has some familiarity with local methods and codes. I have 40 years of experience in the building industry on both the east and west coast in residential and some commercial which you can draw on. Being local is also beneficial when I have a set of drawings from the property owners (as the following project does). I currently have a extensive kitchen renovation and a structural engineer generating drawings and calculations for all the walls being moved. However, I need someone to render the architectural drawings. On the heals of this there is a likely bathroom addition.
