We are all quick with Chief Architect and AutoCAD. Am a self-employed structural engineer that resides in Florida. Have been a professional builder and structural engineer for 24+ years now, and a PE in multiple states. I sign and seal structurals as engineer or record for Builders and Architects as my primary business. Am familiar with many regional differences from one area of the country from another.
