Need to sub out Drafting

Hello, 

I am a CA designer in Watsonville, Calif. . I have an over load of work and need help. The rub is how to get another drafter to draw the "way" I do ( I can forward templates and old work layouts )  and what it will cost me. I have a couple of small remodels I may have to turn down if I can't get help. I have  a second version of CA that can be used if necessary too.
