Structural Review

I'm looking for an architect or structural engineer to review concrete and wood, edit and stamp plans. Typical projects are modest, custom single family homes, usually one story, walk-out concrete basements 2400 to 3300 +/- square feet (including basement).  Engineering for I joist floor system and roof trusses by vendors. Some plans may require brace wall engineering and plan. Located in Virginia.
