JasonParsons
I have an existing staircase that is open on one side (rail dies into the ceiling) and one side that is closed with a wall. Part of the remodel involves cutting the existing wall to open both sides of the stairs. Since the stairs are not changing, the rail is open (like the wall is there). Does anyone have a solution? JasonParsons
I ended up making the wall invisible, and added a wall in the basement, pulled it up and angled it.
JasonParsons
2nd floor was operator error. When I adjusted the ceiling height building the 2nd floor, I made it 9" accidentally, so the windows and doors I placed got squished. I had fixed the ceiling height, but had nor worked on the windows or any 2nd floor work at that point.
