Need Help Creating a Basement Entrance in Chief Architect X12

Hello,

 

I'm working in Chief Architect X12 and I'm having trouble modeling a basement entrance correctly.

 

I have an existing structure, and I need to recreate it exactly as shown in my reference photos. The area causing the issue is marked in red on both the reference images and my Chief Architect screenshot.

 

I Want to create the basement exterior entrance exactly like the reference , door placement at the basement level. However, I'm having difficulty placing and configuring the basement door correctly while maintaining the proper stair alignment.

Could someone please explain the correct workflow or the best way to model this type of basement entrance in Chief Architect X12? Any step-by-step guidance, suggestions, or example files would be greatly appreciated.
