My workload has grown, and I'm looking for a reliable Chief Architect assistant to help with production work on an as-needed basis. Tasks may include: Creating floor plans Some design occassionally (laying out cabinetry etc) Drafting: Floor plan & elevations Construction document preparation Dimensioning and annotations Basic 3D model adjustments Occasional rendering support Requirements: Proficiency in Chief Architect - Latest version X17 Experience with residential projects Ability to work independently from markups and instructions Strong attention to detail Good communication and reasonable turnaround times Ideal Fit: I'm looking for someone who enjoys the technical side of production and drafting. The goal is to build a long-term working relationship where I handle the design direction and client communication while you assist with project production and revisions.
