Chief Architect Draftsperson Wanted (Freelance/Contract)

Established custom design-build construction company seeking an experienced Chief Architect drafts-person to assist on an ongoing basis.

We have used Chief Architect for over 30 years and typically prepare the initial design, floor plans, and layout. We are looking for someone proficient in Chief to complete the working drawings and construction documents. We also occasionally need CAD drawings converted into Chief Architect.

The ideal candidate:

• Highly proficient in Chief Architect.

• Able to produce accurate, professional construction drawings.

• Familiar with residential construction methods.

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work from our preliminary plans.

• Available for ongoing freelance/contract work as needed.
