Convert roof with living space below into barn style roof

Hello, 

 

     I have a project going with a client  where there have been many, many changes.  First floor garage, 2nd floor living space, 3rd floor living space created with "ignore top floor" with loft/walkway providing access to bedrooms. Client wants to change 12/12 pitch roof to gambrel style for looks and to provide more headroom on loft/walkway.  I can make a test roof convert from 12/12 to gambrel, but not when there are interior walls that connect to exterior on the new floor.  Do I need to delete the entire 3rd floor and start over? 

 

Many details still need cleaning and it suffers from the 1000 changes syndrome. Here is a link:
