Problem Solved: Stair Opening Guardrail not flush to floor/ Built on Sill plate?

Good Folks,

I hope this helps. I recently came across this odd modeling Karfuckle..My stair opening guardrail looks like its built on a sill plate.  After closer inspection of the "Wall Type" in the Railing Open Object Dialogue, I found that I had "Pony Wall" selected and an Interior-4 wall was the cuplrit.
