Roof truss direction issue, when truss's over truss's

See attached drawing from Truss company.

 

I use "roof truss direction" to get most of the truss's going the direction to match the manufacturers drawing. However where the roofs meet at a 90 deg there are truss's over truss's in opposite direction I cant figure out how to get the upper layer of truss's in the right direction. to match the rest of the roof plane.
