I cannot figure out why the upper pony wall in my stepped foundation is clipping through the subfloor system. This should be a very basic element of this software, so I'm not sure why Chief is struggling to figure out the intersection. Looking for advice other than "you need to manually do the subfloor" in this spot because frankly that answer is unacceptable. Plan is attached below.
