Looking for a Alaska Registered individual to review my plans for code compliance, direct any changes needed, ect. & seal. 

Its a pretty basic single story rectangle mercentile with cooler/freezer/covered area off one side & greenhouse off the other side.

You could try posting in local professional networks, the Alaska chapter of the AIA, or reach out to firms that handle small commercial projects—they often assist with single-story mercantile buildings like yours.

Bear in mind that when you ask a licensed professional, who has had no involvement in the project from the stat, to basically review and stamp, you are asking them to also take on the liability of the project if something ever goes wrong. Technically that is illegal in most states BUT there are some who will do it anyway. They are aware of that and IF someone does that for you be aware the price may or may not be in your budget. Some might really charge a lot a.k.a. gouge you in order to take on that liability. So just be cautious.
