Hotkeys not working in X15 or X16

Not sure what's happened with my settings for Hotkeys, but they're not working in both X15 and X16. I tried Reset, Assign, rebooting, renaming the Hotkey, and nothing is working. I haven't monkeyed around with any settings, and am hoping someone has encountered this and has a simple fix? 

 

I'm only using three Hotkeys - Transform/Replicate = T; Dimensions = D; Point = P
