LHF Interiors is seeking a skilled Chief Architect draftsperson to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating detailed Chief Architect plan files from DWG or PDF architectural drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Build complete Chief Architect models from provided architectural files

• Accurately model rooflines, ceiling planes, and other structural details

• Collaborate remotely with our design team to ensure accuracy and alignment with project intent

• Assist with layout files for plan set detailing 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Chief Architect (We are using version X15) 

• AutoCAD proficiency a plus

• Strong understanding of residential construction and design documentation

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
