Go to client dropbox for walkthrough by others

I have to send plan files to clients dropbox, then they send them to a graphic artist in Ukraine to prepare realistic walkthroughs.  In the past, I simply drug a plan file into the crystal creak drobox and everything was fine.  Now I do that and the walkthrough guy gets the folder and it is empty or he cant open it.  Dont know what I am doing wrong.  Help
