Paint schedule

Hi All,

 

Looking for a way to show a painting schedule. The finish schedule should show this as paint is a finish, but I can't figure out what I'm missing. I add a Ben Moore

color to a wall or trim, siding, etc. and can't get them to show up in a schedule??

 

Let me correct myself, the paint will show up, but with no Qty. It shows me the SF, and ceiling height of the room, why not show me the SF of each painted area?

We can add cabinet pictures, etc. It would be great if we could add pictures to any object so it will show up on the schedule.

I am trying to find the same thing. I have walls and ceilings defined with paint from the Benjamin Moore catalog. I want to create a schedule showing what room, how many sqft, the paint color code, the manufacturer, and a sample of the color.

 

This should be a simple easy schedule, but I cannot figure any way around adding the wall area for each paint color. or adding a color sample.

 

We are trying to create a Moodboard type template for each room. so a client, or subcontractor can easily look at it and know exactly what finishes are going where, see a full scale cross section of each trim, etc. I want to automate this as a template, but so far it seems like I am going to have todo a lot of copy/paste into static tables.
