Installed x17 from 15 - Migrated settings... now there are no toolbars in 15 and even resetting does not bring them back

Has anyone else had the issue that after they attempted to copy settings to x17, all their settings disappeared from x15 and will no longer display even when reset?

 

I am totally lost here. I also cannot work without any tools and nothing brings them back.

Reach out to support, but I ran into something similar and they helped me delete some residual files that once deleted and the software removed, reboot and start fresh.

@WhistlerBuilderWe addressed some issues that were causing problems with migrating from earlier versions to X17, and these fixes should be in the next update. However, its difficult to know whether the particular issue you are experiencing has been addressed. If you haven't already, please contact our tech support team. They may be able to get your migration running when you call, or they may walk you through getting some debugging information (logs, etc.) to us so that we can address the issue.
