help needed with dimension settings

Hello friends,

 

Can someone please tell me what the leader line from the dimension number and the dimension line is called.  It's the L shaped leader that shows up when it thinks the number won't fit on the line.  I'd like to change this setting to do this less frequently because some of mine look like they should fit and it's easier to read with less of them. Can anyone direct me to where this can be adjusted?  I've searched the settings but can't figure it out.
