I never pursued AIA certification, but I've been turning out plans for a few decades now. I never did much rendering so that's not my strong area. I'm accustomed to nuts and bolts plans for home builders and homeowners. I've attached on set of sample plans. I'm using X7 (don't beat me up too badly for that). Thanks for visiting! Tim C.
