I pursued AIA certification and learned I would need to close my business and lose my clients for four years and that didn't interest me. I've been turning out plans for a few decades now. I'm not a rendering guru but I always develop a simple 3-D view of the home. I'm accustomed to "nuts and bolts" plans for home builders and homeowners. I've attached on set of sample plans.
