Creating a "drawing" rather than a ray trace rendering...is it possible like this video thumbnail?

...and I'm curious as to how one can create this type of image of a design in CA that looks hand-drawn...or "cartooney" as I don't know the correct terminology.  How would I do that?

Got it, it appears to be "Standard" 3D view with "Hand Drawn Lines on Top" selected.
