I’m a general contractor by profession and I do Cad Drafting for My Clients and permitting if requested if North California.. I also help others architect and engineer with there design needs, details etc. . I work with Cad 14 , 3D rendering, photoshop, and provide complete set of cad set for submittal with engineer, title 24 and all others requirement if need it. Can take a simple drawing from SketchUp and transfer in Cad for future development.
