ICF Foundation external layers extend to eaves

I am working on a large house plan and ran across an issue with the foundation. While making a few revisions I moved the foundation wall by 5" to meet a request by the contractor I noticed the exterior layers of the foundation wall (in this case the exterior foam layer and the parging layer) now extend to the eaves. Is there a way to have these foundation exterior layers to stop at the top of the foundation wall?
