I have Chief Architect 12, and I am drawing my personal/spec home to be built in SW Florida. I am having trouble with floor truss/floor elevation, and drawing deck with flush beam vs drop beam default, for a 2 story house. I have watched many tutorial videos covering floor framing and deck framing. Still do not understand/vague. I am a contractor first, CAD guy maybe.... 10th. If someone is interested assisting with correcting issue, that would be swell! I would like a fixed fee for correcting issues. I am able to do a video meeting to walk me through emailing plan, to better determine a price. In addition to this, I also will have the need for getting plans drawn for projects.
