Hello all. I am a first time poster seeking some help! We are a home building outfit in CA and are getting to busy for me to continue designing and finalizing our plan sets. I have tried a few freelancers and have not found the right fit yet. We can afford to pay $30.00 hr for the right person who is proficient. Currently I have some home models in X8 and a full plan set that has all the notes for our area. We have four more homes to get to on paper and one in the way with another freelancer that needs finalizing. We really need someone who is proficient with the program and is actually familiar with how to build a home ;o)... Also someone who has a good amount of time free would be helpful as the building season is here and I need to gets some plans submitted to the county!
