I hadn't realized how expensive eBay commissions were (10%), so it is $2000 there now but I will sell for $1800 if contacted directly through here. Money transfer still through PayPal.

$2000 will get you a signed license transfer form. After you sign it and send it along with a $50 license transfer fee to CA, you will get access to a download of X6 Premier via their digital locker web site. I will invoice you via PayPal. After you pay it, I will email you a copy of the license transfer form as well as send the original to you by USPS Registered Mail. You are buying the physical license transfer form, which since it is a physical asset should be covered by PayPal's buyer protection. I am in the US but will sell internationally. In that event I will ship by international registered mail, but will pass along to you the extra PayPal cross-border (3.9%) and/or currency conversion (2.5%) fees. Message me if interested.
