  1. Yes, I upgraded from Home Designer Pro 2018. I believe I'm on the right track now: Thank you for the help.
  2. I changed it to Residential Template, started a new plan, and now it has all the default sets that were in the training video. I'll experiment further to see if I can somehow get those into my saved work. Thanks again for the help.
  3. FYI this was the video I was watching (it's for CA X11). Using The Automatic Interior and Automatic NKBA Dimension Tools (chiefarchitect.com) This is what I see under Edit, Default Settings, Dimension, Dimensions. This is what I see under Edit>Preferences>General>New Plans:
  4. Hi again, I am using Premier X13, although I'm not a very experienced user (yet!) I've also updated my profile. MarkMc, I will read the help; I didn't realize dimensions were completely overhauled. Thank you for the help so far.
  5. Hi there, When I go Edit, Default Settings, Dimension, Dimensions, only "Dimension Defaults" and "Dimension Defaults Legacy Auto Elevation" show up. I was doing one of the video tutorials and the instructor had a whole bunch there so I know I'm at least missing the NKBA's dimensions (which I'm most interested in), but also perhaps some others? From the research I've done it seems I can import these files so if someone can tell me where to download them that would be awesome. I'd also like to know what else I'm missing though! I don't have a lot of customized settings yet, so is there a way to rest the software to "factory settings"? Thanks in advance, Elmarie
