    Thank you for the reply - however I still cannot sort this. I cant find the "switch to" instead I found restore to previous version - but as I don't have a previous version it wont work! Im using Home Designer Suite 2016 by the way.....

    Help! When using the programme earlier today I had three menu bars along the top of the screen - now I only have one, and I would like to know how to reinstate the others. Can anyone help with this please? Julie
