I am a engineer in building & construction. I have designed a house for our family, with a walkout basement, 1st floor and a loft. Looking for someone with good skills in Home Designer from Chief Architect, I have used Home Designer 2026 and plan to continue my work on the house on that, later also needing help wit the terrain.. I use too much time with a couple of details i struggle with. One is to get the two internal stairs correct and the other is creating a room undera dormer that is a continuation of the outer wall from below. This is probably an easy thing to fix, but my calendar is exploding every morning. So professional help would be appreciated. :-)
