I am new to Chief Architect and am working on a first-floor project with a complex (for me) roof footprint. I'm looking for recommended tutorial videos or workflow advice for a few specific issues I'm running into:
Multiple Intersecting Gables: The project has multiple gable roofs facing different directions on the same floor.
Varying Ceiling Heights: I have different ceiling heights across these first-floor rooms. A couple of my walls join two rooms with different heights together, and it's throwing off my automatic roof generation.
Attic Wall Issues: I'm having trouble getting the attic walls to generate or align properly beneath these intersecting roof lines.
Are there specific beginner-to-intermediate video tutorials that cover this specific multi-height, multi-directional roof workflow?
In particular I am hoping to fix the Kitchen Living room Roof line.
I am running Chief Architect Premier X18 on macOS. I have attached some screenshots of my current plan and 3D overview below. If anyone needs to look at the structure directly, I am happy to strip down and attach the .plan file.
