KRTI World provides Chief Architect–focused residential drafting, model development, visualization, and permit-documentation support for custom homes, ADUs, manufactured homes, remodels, additions, kitchens, cabinetry, and small residential developments.

Chief Architect is our primary residential production platform. We work with existing Chief Architect files, field measurements, PDFs, sketches, CAD drawings, photographs, markups, consultant information, and client notes to develop coordinated models and organized drawing packages.

Our Chief Architect services include:

• Existing-model review, cleanup, and correction
• As-built and proposed-condition modelling
• Site plans, floor plans, roof plans, and foundation plans
• Exterior and interior elevations
• Building sections, wall sections, and construction details
• Door, window, room, and finish schedules
• ADU and backyard-unit drawing packages
• Manufactured-home placement and permit packages
• Kitchen, bathroom, cabinetry, millwork, and built-in documentation
• Electrical, plumbing, appliance, lighting, and HVAC coordination based on supplied information
• Terrain, walkout, deck, stair, and roof-development modelling
• Plan-check corrections, redline updates, and resubmittal revisions
• Editable Chief Architect source files and coordinated PDF drawing sets

We also provide 3D visualization and presentation support, including exterior views, interior renderings, kitchen and cabinetry presentations, material studies, walkthroughs, client-approval images, and marketing sheets.

Where a project requires additional compatibility or specialist output, we can also work with:

• AutoCAD / DWG / DXF for file exchange and drafting coordination
• SketchUp for concept modelling and design communication
• PDF markup and redline workflows for remote reviews and revisions
• Rendering and visualization software for presentation-quality images and walkthroughs
• Other project-specific platforms when required by the client or consultant team

KRTI World can work directly with clients or as a white-label drafting partner while the local builder, designer, contractor, cabinetmaker, or permit professional remains client-facing.

Engineering, calculations, stamping, and local approvals remain with the appropriate licensed professionals.
