I am seeking assistance from a designer or architect experienced with Chief Architect to finalize an 8-unit townhome development. I have a DRAFT Site Plan Prepared and a townhouse (3.5 stories) prepared.
I need someone who is willing to work on my project on a timely basis. For small changes, I would like a daily turnaround. For material changes, the turnaround should be a few days. I would like to schedule periodic Zoom calls to review the plans in real time.
I will pay $50/hour. I aim to take on one to two projects per year.
