Can anyone in California tell me if the typical minimum chief preferences meet or exceed Title 24 standards for CA?
Or what do I have to concern with the drawing set so it can "pass planning first time revision." I heard it is all about HERS testing for compliances to be added to the Title 24 before fails the city inspections.
This HERS evaluation includes the electrical, mechanical, energy, plumbing, and green code compliances.
If I print the full set, has anyone fail to pass on the 2015 new construction standards in California?
