Looks like upgrading big mistake. Bummer, been trying to get my designjet 500 24 to work with the new.update

Just upgraded to x6 and had a few problems, however, thought I would download x7. My plotter will not work. They are saying I need new drivers for the plotter.. However, it was working with 6. Got to get this plan out. I have a Hp design jet 500. Older but was working good. Has anyone got answers. Bought upgraded computer and now it is slower and draggy with X7.
