  1. I do not. I've done too many custom changes to it.... I'll try on a separate file and see if that makes a difference. Thank you!
  2. Does anyone know why walls won't frame correctly on top of my foundation wall? I've tried every setting I can think of and reframed all the walls multiple times...They keep framing into the concrete wall. Any help would be appreciated. Lisa
  3. Ah ha! I didn't have the "flatten pad" turned off.... Thank you! Seems to have worked.
  4. Thanks DB... I do already have both of those set as you suggested.
  5. Hi experts! I'm a long time Chief user but don't utilize ChiefTalk very often .... I'm not super proficient with all the Terrain tools, so here we go... I can't figure out why my "terrain" slopes up my building when trying to create a walk-out basement. See attached PDFs. I've tried both Elevation Lines and Elevation Region (shown on PDF) and get the same result. I've lowered my foundation footing well below the lower grade thinking that may have caused this... Nope. This has happened on several of my projects. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Terrain issues 042823.pdf
  6. Hi all, Does anyone know why the drywall at the floor platform in a stairwell would be missing? Been using Chief for several years and this has happened a couple times.... Can't figure it out. Thanks.
  7. Hi all, I haven't written macros in decades and was wondering: Is there a macro for the width and height field of the window schedule that will allow me to display in '-" format instead of the " only format? And, if so, how and where would I add that macro? OR Is there a macro I can add to a custom object field that will allow me to use those fields in my schedule so I can show '-" instead of the " only ? When I add the field value (ex.) %height% to my custom field Unit Height it displays in my schedule as inch units only (ex. 65 with no " indicator) not as foot-inch. Would like 5'-0" displayed. Thanks Lisa
