I am trying to extend Knee walls on a pony wall to go past foundation by a 1/2" anybody no how to do this?

Using Vector view, have been making auto elevations for all 4 sides and according to training videos when you click on edit active view there should be a spot that says under grade lines.

Using x15 edit active view button there should be a under grade lines displayed ,but there's not. Any body else have that
