I imported a .skp file from Pella into User Catalogue. When I placed onto wall the inside face was flush to the exterior face of wall. I was able to use Open Symbol -> 3D -> Origin Offset -> Y Position. That fixed the 3D appearance. But in plan view it still shows flush to the exterior face of wall... SOS! I tried doing CAD Block Management -> Edit Symbol, but nothing works. I tried adding a blank text box to the symbol (saw this in another forum), but that only worked for moving the window *further* from the exterior face. When I placed the text box on the other side it didn't move inside the wall at all. Any ideas? Thank you, Chris

Thank you Rabbitt! How accurate are you finding the Matterport data? I've heard it can have a large margin of error. Are there scan techniques to improve resolution? Have you used it for exteriors as well? I've heard the proprietary software for Matterport can be limiting. I have not used Matterport but am familiar with FARO in a previous role. Best, Chris

Hello, does anyone have experience with using LiDAR data alongside Chief? Such as FARO, Trimble, or Matterport. It looks like there is not a direct integration for point clouds into Chief. I have experience with this type of data in other programs, but never with Chief. Curious to know other's workflow. Any tips greatly appreciated. Chris

How do I setup a Macro in .plan file and get that same macro to display in Layout file? (Plan linked to Layout) I tried doing %plan.macroname% in Rich Text in Layout, but it's not working.
