  1. I also looked for a complete template but most people seem to build their own based on project needs. Personally I think starting with the default sets and customizing step by step works best.
  2. It is necessary to check that the baselines of the sections concerned (Baseline Height) are aligned, by comparing and manually adjusting their heights if necessary. Tutuapp
  3. I had the same experience, basically the “Optimize" option removes small unnecessary or duplicate files from the library. It frees up some space and makes the library lighter to load.
  4. This problem is usually caused by a lack of eave or soffit settings not being enabled. If you are using software like Chief Architect, you should ensure that options like "Use Soffit", "Boxed Eave" (if applicable), and sufficient overhang (e.g. 12" or more) are set in the roof slope settings. 5. I totally get your frustration—I'm also using Home Designer Pro and often hit the same wall when features are only in Premier. I haven't found a way to reshape stair handrails in Pro either, just balusters and newels like you mentioned. I usually search with “Home Designer Pro only” plus the feature name on both YouTube and this forum. Would love to know if anyone else has a better search method! _Mini Militia App Lock
  6. Hi there, I’d be happy to help! I’m experienced with Chief Architect X16 and have a solid background in residential design and 3D rendering. I’ve worked on remodels, ADUs, and outdoor living spaces, mostly in California. Your projects sound right up my alley, and I’d love to support your team when needed. Let me know if you'd like to connect and see some of my work! Tutuapp
