I opened up the "straight railing" wall I used for the porch. Under the "General" tab I changed the "railing" to "attic wall" and it cleaned it right up. I don't really understand how, but I'll take it. Thank you again Ben for your help.

I have the "exterior wall surface" set at the same material as the rest of the house but still get horizontal siding at the end of the porch. Any suggestions on how to get it to match? Thank you. Gary Home Designer Pro 2025

Ok the wall alignment suggestion took care of the overhang. It's gone. It apparently was off by a fraction of an inch, on each end of the house. Now I'm working on getting the siding to match the rest of the house. Thanks again Ben.

I am having trouble omitting the roof overhang highlighted in the screen shot and getting the siding correct in that area. I did some research and decided to build the porch using "straight railing". Maybe there is a better method for creating a porch but after reading some of the knowledge-based content, that is the method I chose. I've tried every roof setting that I think could apply but have had no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Gary Home Designer Pro 2025
