  1. Hi all, I have recently requested a manufactuer to assist me with one of their products in .obj file. They were able to provide me the file, but I am not able to use it at all. It's a sink I like to envision for a bathroom. But whenever I place it in the plan view it will stand up in a really large scale. I tried to rotate on the x-axis in the properties and I was able to rotate it. But as soon as I place it in plan view it's a long standing sink. Not sure why that happens. Also, I had a few other .obj product files from the manufacturer that will not open. Is there a way to fix that? Or do I need to go back to them? How should I tell manufactures to save their product files so we can import it easily in Chief? Thank you. UB-04-L.obj
  2. Thank you for your help. That sounds like an expert level when I am still a beginner trying to walk. Have you seen a video tutorial online by chance for this scenario?
  3. What is the easiest way to add a certain brand of lighting collection to the library? ie: I want to add a light fixture that is not currently available in the catalogs. Thank you.
  4. Thank you! I found the guide and will take a deeper dive...
  5. Hi all, I am fairy new using Chief Architect. Please pardon my question if it's already been asked as I can't seem to locate an answer for my searches. When you include your client info, your business info, drawing info etc in the layout label, it's usually vertically on the right. Is it possible to customize it to be at the bottom of the print out page, horizontally? Is there a quick setting that can be set so it's easy to toggle back and forth with horizontal or vertical consideration? Also, how can you edit or customize the blue grid inside the layout label area? Thank you!
