Thanks for the idea. I was able to make it work temporarily when it was linked but your idea of a CAD detail probably makes more sense.

I'm using the project wall details where I've included a framing schedule for each wall to complement the intrinsic framing section view and sending that to the layout. Due to the orientation of the multi-stud components I'd like to also include a plan view of that single wall as well to add clarity for some of our volunteers laying out the walls for framing. I've been unable to find a good way to do this. Ideas? Thanks

Trying to figure out a way to make the single framing run permanent so that the results can be sent to the EZFrame saws for pre-cut plates. Think I'll try the material region approach. Thanks.

A newby question: I have a wall that was split in two to facilitate a difference in exterior layers but the two segments should be framed as a single wall. Is there a way to keep the layers as they are but have the two walls framed as one? Thanks
