  1. Sorry for the tardy response and note of thanks....I just saw this response. I am new to modeling so trying to learn my way. I appreciate the help. Since this is an existing condition, I agree with Chopsaw, the ROI vs time is not worth it. Condition will certainly be noted once I get to CDs. Avoiding depiction of the non-existent rim joist will be my victory. Good to know the Floor Beams option as well. Should certainly help me down the road. Thank you both for your willingness to respond.
  2. I am a new user. I am doing an as-built of a 1920s masonry rowhouse. The joist (full 2x10s) are pocketed into the exterior walls. I don't see a framing option to address this situation. My workaround has been to declare the framing as suspended, but the program wants to provide rim joist as well. I suspect others have solved this issue. Assistance would be welcome.
