Jubilee Builders is looking for an on-site architectural designer in Dothan, AL. We will provide the hardware and licensing for using Chief Architect. Experience with Chief Architect is preferred, but not required, as we have a training program in-work with an experienced Chief Architect user that will provide phone / screen-sharing assistance, as well as pre-built starting templates created to meet our needs.
Work will involve the following:
Use company starting templates to create Chief Architect files for our standard floorplans.
Provide modifications to our standard floorplans per client requirements.
Interact with clients in-person and via Buildertrend to ensure plans comply with client requirements.
Generate 3D renderings of amended plans for client review / Export files to 3rd-party for 3D flythrough creations.
Generate Material List from final plans and upload them into Buildertrend.
AMOUNT OF WORK
We currently produce around 80 houses a year based on 17 different floorplans, with plans to increase production. The goal is to bring on and additional designer down the road to assist this position once sales ramp up.
Additionally, about 5% of our sales come from third-party plans provided to us by our clients. Not only will these plans not be pre-loaded in our system, but they will also likely not come with CAD files and will require a start-from-scratch approach within Chief Architect.
